To perform the exorcism on the girl, the priest needs a Manual of Exorcism. He knows of one such book in the hands of a foreign privateer, so it looks like you'll have to retrieve it for him.
A sea battle against three ships: your main target (which you'll have to board) is level 27, and it'll be escorted by two slightly lower-level guards (about level 20-22).
