A number of Dutch traders is approaching with a cargo full of valuable dutch ovens. This simply won't do - relieve them of it.

The Dutch trader fleet is composed of three merchantmen and two escort ships, all around level 3-8. You have to board and defeat one of the merchants (doesn't matter which one). There will be two NPC ships helping you in the same level range, and both using sail-damaging shot.
