Havana depends food shipments from outside. The last two food convoys have been ambushed by unknown raiders, so the Trader Union representative would like you to protect the next shipment.
A sea battle against six opponents, all between level 25 and 28. You will have seven allies (although one is close to sinking when the mission starts), but the problem is that both your enemies and your allies are divided into two groups, with the convoy ships you have to save mostly unprotected in the group farther away from you. So ignore the three ships closest to you and let your allies engage them - which they will, so don't expect a lot of help in saving the merchants. Hurry over to the second group instead to assist the convoy.
