Some local pirates have made themselves easier to locate by capturing an unused local bastion. They are currently rebuilding it and the magistrate wants it to be destroyed before it is finished.

A sea battle against a fort, an outlying gun emplacement, and four NPC ships guarding them, all level 5-12. You will be supported by two NPC ships in the same level range. Try to draw the guard ships outside the long range of the gun emplacements and finish them off first. The two targets on the shore aren't much of a threat after that (strictly speaking you wouldn't have to destroy the gun emplacement or even the enemy ships; but if you don't, you will leave yourself open to attack from multiple sides when you go after the fort).
