Uncle Ibrahim of the Barbary Corsairs fame is the uncle and personal ambassador of Dey Muhammad ben Hassan of Algiers, sent to the Caribbean on a mission of vital importance. He can be found in the Algiers Consulate in Ambergris, Belle Isle, Carbaneras or Rio de la Hacha.
