After you've captured some ovens from the Dutch, you will now have to deliver them. Unfortunately, the target port is under blockade...

A standard blockade-running mission. As usual for these, there is a time limit to reach the harbor, so best not bother fighting anything - just make straight for the target and keep your repair consumables handy.
Once you're in port, you can claim your reward right there without needing to go back to the NPC that gave you the mission.
