The House of Trade representative has a shipment of tobacco that needs to be escorted out of port. Since hiring the Navy for this would be costly - both financially and politically - he is offering the job to you.

This is a large sea battle against opponents between level 34 and 40. You will have six NPC allies with you, so the two sides will be evenly matched. However, three of your six allies are merchant vessels, all of which have to survive.
