After looking over the cargo manifest you procured for him, the bartender has an idea: a merchant wants to avoid his King's tariffs on a ship load of ale and is offering a premium rate to anyone who will deliver it to him without alerting the authorities. You are asked to rendezvous with him and make the delivery.
You will need to rendezvous with a merchant ship, and then escort it to the escape point. There will be four NPC opponents, all between levels 4 and 7.

This mission has been changed to Pirate only in Patch 1.0.44.0. At the same time, the difficulty and the rewards have been raised (it used to reward 440 doubloons and 110 xp).
