I've got a message for you, Captain <you>. When you have a chance, go see Captain Corpus in Villa Hermosa. He says he has need of your skills once again.

The mission begins with two level 17-21 ships nearly on top of you, so you must fight immediately. Slightly farther away is a level 20 ally in a starter ship whom you must protect. He is quite fragile, so you have to draw fire of both of the enemy ships, and defeat them both. They will abandon ship long before they die, but you'll likely need a ship reasonably near your level. After destroying both enemy ships, talk to the noble to complete the mission. He'll tell you he's fleeing to Europe.
