The corsairs are using the underground cave system to move around, but these have recently become heavily patrolled by the Dutch. Someone needs to clear them out so that the corsairs can move around at will. This someone is you.
Another swashbuckling mission in the same cave as the previous missions. From the previous missions you should have a good idea of the layout and where the NPCs are. Kill (any) 20 of them to complete, and Return to Isaac.
