[edit] Mission Notes
As the corsairs find it hard to move around town because they are easily spotted and recognized, you'll have to act as their eyes and ears. They need you to scout out the Dutch defenses around the gallows and make notes about the troop positions.
No fighting will be required for this mission, and purely from a mission mechanics point of view it is sufficient to zone into Grand Turk and then immediately return to the hideout.
However, it is extremely important to read the mission text and follow the instructions and hints given in it. This is the mission where you get your first chance to set up your troops for the follow-up mission (The Battle of Grand Turk). And since this setup is crucial for the success of this mission, it is suggested that you actually scout out the enemy troops, as per your mission briefing.
In the town square around the gallows, there will be three companies of dutch soldiers (3 NPCs to each company). One of them to the North of the gallows, another one to the West (which is the side leading to the docks), and one to the South. Note down which company is where (EXAMPLE ONLY: 1st Curacao - W, 7th Eustatius - S, 2nd Tobago - N; the positions will be randomized), then return to the hideout and talk to Sara Tarrega again. She will then tell you to brief the commanders of her corsair squads that will help you in freeing Ismail.
Go to the main tavern of the caves where you will find the three commanders in the area past the central fire. Talk to each of them, and they will tell you which dutch company they would prefer to fight, and which one they would rather avoid. Then assign them each to their preferred targets (North, West/Dockside, and South). Then return to Sara to claim your reward and get the next mission from Isaac.
