[edit] Usage
Fill in the numbers as a percentage.
Leave image empty for default winddisc. You can also use:
- Winddisc.SFFF.png (Common Warship)
- Winddisc.FFFS.png (Common Scout)
Or your own custom 336px x 300px image.
The angle is the angle (to Upwind) where close haul starts.
