I changed Brazil to Guiana as the location of Jenny Bay. Brazil is further south and was a Portuguese colony. Jenny Bay is current day Paramaribo. Back in the day it was part of 'Dutch Guiana' (now Suriname) and was swapped between British and Dutch control fairly often. For more info see Paramaribo on wikipedia[1].
