Your contact thinks he has identified another important smuggler captain. He wants him captured alive, so he can rot in jail for his crimes.
A sea battle against three enemy ships. Your primary target (which you'll have to board) will be around level 28 and will be escorted by two guards (both around level 21). You will have two NPC ships to support you as well.
