Merchants captains have reported seeing ships sailed by dead men. It's getting so bad that the merchantmen are clogging up the port and refusing to sail out. You are asked to get rid of these ghost ships.

A sea battle in which you'll be supported by two NPC ships of level 5-12. Your opponents will be two level 13 pirates in starter ships. Your allies could probably complete this mission without your help.
