Your client has bought a new ship, now she only needs to get her crew back. It seems they have all left port on a pirate ship - but since they promised to return if she found another ship, she's asking you to retrieve them.
There will be five non-hostile smuggler ships in the area. Clicking on one of them will retrieve one crew-member (you only need three). The smugglers are guarded by pirate ships (on average one to each smuggler, all between level 6 and 12) who will turn hostile once you have retrieved the first crewmember.
