Your client has lost her ship in a storm. At the time it sunk, she was carrying a parcel for the magistrate. She would like you to see if that parcel is still among the wreckage and would be glad to pay you the fee she has received for delivering it.
You will have to retrieve the package from the sea (you'll have to come to a stop to pick it up). There will be four enemy ships in the area, all between level 12 and 17.
After getting back to port, you will have to talk to the magistrate before you can claim your reward from the mission NPC.
