A local merchant ship that had gone missing has suddenly reappeared. However, she is not answering any hails. Go and investigate.
A sea battle against a single level 14-17 target. It will be non-hostile until you click on it. You can use this to maneuver into position behind it so your first broadside rips away his stern armor, making the fight somewhat easier. The enemy ship will be immune to boarding for a while after it goes hostile.
