A simple mission where you report to the magistrate upstairs that Captain Ruenzi will be using the jail for a while yet. It seems he wants to torture the unfortunate Cray. The magistrate seems quite afraid of Captian Ruenzi and simply agrees, after which you return to the jail to complete the mission.
