A sick old man wants you to go and see the local doctor for him and bring him back a cure for his ailments.
First you will have to go talk to Bernadino Patudo on Campeche. This doctor then sends you off to to retrieve some ingredients back on Barilla that got stolen by a gang of pirates.
This then turns into a swashbuckling fight on a jungle map. Your opponents will be level 7, and you will have to find a specific crate (there are more than one around).
After the swashbuckling, it's back to Campeche to talk to the alchemist again, and then back to Barilla to complete the mission.
