Dialog: "Captain <you>, we are a bit short on manpower to see to a fairly simple task, and I think you're just the man I need to do it. One of my scouts reported some suspicious ship activity close by Sisal. The magistrate demands that I send men to investigate, but I haven't time for his demands. I need you to go and check it out, and report your findings back to him."
The patrol line of quests are offered in every conquerable port to the owning faction's players. The quests are daily repeatable to players within a given level range and offer unrest reduction and Marks of Victory as reward. Check www.potbsatlas.com for availability.
