This build fixes the issues that broke the port battles last weekend. It also fixes the Prima iguana.

Differences between 1.20.47.0 and 1.20.51.0 include but aren't limited to:
PvP / Port Contention[]
- Fixed a bug that caused port battles using certain rooms to fail by either hanging players who accepted invites on a long loading screen or kicking them back to town.
- Fixed a bug that enable port battles in one particular room to declare the attacker the winner when they hadn't defeated all the defenders.
Art / Sound[]
- Cayo de Marquis: Corrected some lightmap issues.
Misc[]
- Updated translations from SOE.
- Fixed a bug that prevented owners of the new Prima guide from /claiming their iguana.
