Differences between 0.26.11.00 and 0.26.12.00

There were two bugs we desperately wanted to fix before rolling the new M26 build to Beta. This is just a minor patch to fix those. We got a couple less important things in too, while we were at it.

Differences between 0.26.11.00 and 0.26.12.00 include:

• You no longer get 1M doubloons the first time you log in.
• We made another advancement in the fight against infinite Loading… screens, we think. In case we still haven’t completely fixed it, we’ve also added more logging to help us track it down.
• Fixed the bug where you got the regular deed for a ship on capture, not the capture deed. When you capture a ship, you are switched to the actual ship you just captured (just like before) but then you are given the '_capture' version after you zone.
• The Grapple button was wonky since we removed “Seize ship as deed.” Fixed that.
