Patch Note:0.23.0.13

The primary purpose of this build is to fix an item duplication exploit.
Differences between 0.23.0.12 and 0.23.0.13 are minimal:
- We fixed a duping exploit.
- We fixed a bug that was causing the chat server to crash, which would disband your groups and repeat the society MOTD.
- We have removed the Crushing Broadside and Devastating Rake skills from the game. If you had these skills, they will no longer appear on your toolbar. (We hotfixed this on the server 1/17/07 but now it’s in the official build also.)
Not related to the build, we also figured out what was causing the User Content crashes and have reprocessed that database so User Content should be working now
