Since the hands of the admiralty are officially tied, one of the local admirals has hired a band of pirate mercenaries to go after an enemy fleet. You are to lead these mercenaries into the battle.
You will have half a dozen NPC allies with you, and you will be up against two squadrons of 4 ships each (all between level 24 and 27).
