Arrr! Captain, today be a day of great celebration and revlry. Alas, not everyone in this port be free to enjoy the spirit of the occasion.
There be a pirate being held imprisoned in this port, under the authority of the boss in these parts. Seems he be not passing muster with his crew, not b ehaving in a manner befitting a true freebooter. Me thinks we have a moral obligation to set this polished prisoner back on the path of the rough-and-tumple, rum swigging, foul talking pirate!
His name be William Fly and you can find him in the prison here in the port. Of course, I be able to offer you a modest reward in return for this favor. Arrr!

Yearly Seasonal Event - Talk like a Pirate Day
If you accepted this mission while in Tortuga, the Smuggler Tunnels will be the best way to jump around to each area when starting from the DOCKS. You first will be sent to the PRISON, of course, and then off to The Empty Gibbet for the Dice game over in the INFERNO. Finally, The Town Boss is located downstairs in FORT VASSEUR.
