Magistrate's Office

Found in virtually every national city. The Pirate equivalent for the Magistrate's Office is the Town Boss' Office.

Contains the Magistrate who can offer Missions with varying rewards including the rare Magistrate's Commendation for Excellence. The Pirate equivalent is called the Town Boss.

Can also have other NPCs with missions or dialog.
