A famous shipbuilder is intending to start up a shipyard nearby, and the magistrate wants to convince her to choose his city. So you are asked to deliver some "starting up money" to help her make up her mind.
A escort mission - you have to reach your escortee (click on her ship), and then follow her to the escape point. There will be four low-level (level 1-2) pirate ships attacking you, but you can quite easily outrun them. Sinking them is not required, but will provide a nice xp bonus at lower levels after you have finished all of the objectives.

- Guide the Mme Flamme to the Escape Point (sic!)
