Recently the whole crew of a ship deserted, but your client thinks there is more to the case than meets the eye. Therefore he'd like you to keep the investigation quiet for now and bring in the mutineers for investigation.
A fairly simple and straightforward swashbuckling mission against level 12 mobs. The NPC you have to talk to will be nearby and guarded by a level 12 Lieutenant. Clear to that area, kill the guard and talk to your target, then get to the exit point to finish.
