Junk Merchant

A generic NPC found in the Shop in virtually every city. They offer various items which are either impossible to manufacture or are sold at an price much higher then the cost to make them yourself or then the price on the Auction House.

Most of them will also offer simple hand-in quests of Loot and Junk, which yield Reputation with the different trade factions.

Many of them also offer Scuttlebutt Missions at higher levels.

It is also possible to sell some items to them for a few Doubloons.
