After you've sunk some of their ships, the pirates have captured a key fort. This would allow them to fire on passing ships, so the magistrate has sent you to go in there and get the fort back under control.
A swashbuckling mission in and around a small fort. You have to defeat the 3 Lieutenants first (one of them inside the walls, the others should be outside), after this the Leader will spawn inside the fortification. Take him out as well to finish the mission.
