A high-ranking Navy Captain, an Inquisition Priest and a Pirate walk into a bar... no, not really, the bartender has actually only seen them walking into the Admiralty Office and is a bit curious about that. Not that he suggests that you go there and check what this is all about...
This mission merely serves to make you aware of the various Bey's Retreat missions by sending you to the admiralty office where they are available (but it is not needed to take those missions. Essentially it's free money and a bit of xp for something you might have wanted to do anyway). Like these missions, it is also tagged with the EPIC MISSION marker in your journal, although the walk over to the admiralty is perfectly safe and can be accomplished without a full group.
