The local Navy Commander is looking for Captains to help in the fight against a foreign navy that's harassing the town. Interested?
First this mission sends you to talk to another one of the navy contacts in town. After this, it is a sea battle against a pair of relatively high-level NPC opponents - one level 28, and one level 30.
Since there are only two of them, it's somewhat easier to separate them. However, their long-range guns still pose a problem, and since they are both equipped with bow guns, kiting isn't really an attractive option either. Given a good enough ship and enough repair skills and/or consumables, you might want to try to sink the first one as quickly as possible, then run away and wait to recover your armor before doing the same to the other ship.
