A woman you meet is worried that her husband (the magistrate) and son (who manages the town defenses) aren't getting enough to eat and asks you to deliver some lunch packets to them.
No fighting required - you will just have to visit two of the NPCs in town (one of them the Magistrate; both of them offer missions of their own) and then return to claim your reward.
