European commendation

A European Commendation are consumed to receive its reward (in contrary to most other similar items that are traded with a npc for the reward). When consumed you will receive 1 or more Pennant/Commendation of a type depending on your level (and possibly the level of the commendation).

There are three levels of European Commendation: Minor, Major and Royal.

Major Commendation at level 37 yielded 10 Commendations for Valor and 6 Gold Seals. Royal Commendation at level 50 yielded 6 Commendations for Honor and 6 Royal Encomiums.
