Since you have been very helpful in defending the magistrate's family, he is entrusting you with a secret he needs your help with. It turns out his wife - whom he hasn't seen for 15 years - has arrived in the Carribean pregnant. He's asking you to see the doctor for a tonic for her and deliver it to her afterwards.
You will just have to talk to a few NPCs to finish this mission.
