The House of Trade representative has learned that a shipment of tobacco is about to leave the port in violation of his monopoly. He wants you to find that ship and confiscate the tobacco.

This is a sea battle against three ships, all between level 36 and 39. One of them will be the target you have to board, but you won't know which one it is at first. However, after you have boarded the first ship, it will be flagged (if it wasn't the correct one).
You will have two NPC allies with you, but don't count on them to help too much. Like most NPC "helpers" they have a tendency of ignoring any enemies and sailing off in a random direction instead.
