[edit] Setting the current version

In the case of minor, server-side-only patches (as is the case right now with 1.6.34.1), I have decided not to change the {{CurrentGameBuild}} variable, as the version number that's displayed in the title bar ingame won't be changed either. In other words, I'll only change {{CurrentGameBuild}} if the version number in the game's title bar changes.
