Delilah Purcell feels that she owes you a lot, so she lets you in on a profitable secret: a heavily laden smuggling vessel barely escaped from the Navy and is now holed up in a nearby bay. She is heavily damaged, so any enterprising Captain could try to board her and seize her cargo...
A sea battle against three opponents: the smuggling vessel you have to board will be level 35 but already damaged (i.e. with reduced stats), and it will be supported by two guards, both around level 29-30.
