An old woman's grandson has been kidnapped. She'd feared him dead, but then a merchant captain reported seeing him on board of a british vessel. Go to where it's anchored and check to see if he is there - it would calm the woman down if she knew he has alive.
On starting the mission, you will find several ships in the area which you have to inspect - one of them holds what you are looking for. Each of them will be guarded by one or more level 12 escorts, which are at the start still non-hostile (there should be about 5 escort ships in total). The guards all turn hostile once you have clicked on one of the flagged ships. You have to find the correct one, after that you have to reach the exit point.
