Charles Johnson has recently come across an interesting document, a ship's muster which shows the name of a certain Captain Antsis. Also present on that document is one Billy Bones - maybe he can tell you where Antsis currently hides out.

First you'll have to sail to Marsh Harbour and talk to Billy Bones at the tavern (who is one of the main contacts for the Pirate RPG storyline). Before he's willing to help you, he'll want you to help him with some pirates who are giving him a hard time and who are in an upstairs room at the tavern.

Head upstairs and enter the room, and talk to the leader (a level 50 Lieutenant). He will attack you with his two guards (both regular level 50 NPCs). Defeat them and return to Billy Bones. Talk to him again, then return to Tortuga to finish the mission.
