There are rumors about an upcoming alliance between a local pirate gang and a foreign pirate group. Since the locals goons by themselves are enough trouble already, the Magistrate has tasked you with finding out of these rumors are true. First, you will have to board one of them and obtain an item that will help you pass yourself off as one of them later on.

You will need to board a level 12 pirate ship to get one of the items it has on board. It will be escorted by two other NPC ships, both level 4-10.
