A nearby town is under blockade, and the bartender has a load of goods that would surely fetch high prices in the blockaded port - if only someone could successfully run the blockade.
A standard blockade running mission, with your opponents being mostly around level 14. On reaching the town, you will have to talk to the bartender there, then return to claim your reward.
