The Town Boss has come up with a plan to let the French know that he's caught on to their scheme. Once a year the Brethren pay a sort of "hush money" to the french crown to help keep things running at Tortuga without too much hassle. This year, he doesn't feel like paying that sum, so he wants you to steal it back from them.
This is a sea battle against three opponents, a level 44 merchant ship (which you'll have to board), and two lower-level (around 37 or 38) escorts.
