The 'Reaper's Grasp' Refit Bark refit ship is obtained through a quest in the Pirate Establishment in Tortuga.

The refit can be gained through Marks of Victory: Go to the Admiralty Office in Tortuga to trade the 20 marks for the Reaper's Grasp Refit. Take the Refit and a captured 'Agamemnon' Bark deed back to the quest giver in the Pirate Establishment and receive a 'Reaper's Grasp' Refit Bark Ships deed.
