A light, 20 gun frigate that mixes several of the strengths of warships and scouts.
History
Strategy and Use
This is a good ship for level 21-30 naval officer players, it can easily take on NPC frigates up to level 45 or so head to head. You'll need to have some good skills for broadside combat (Defense, Reload, etc.), but it's not too much of a challenge to bring down Raa Mastercrafts or Myrmidons or the like.
Tactics
Compared to other ships in it's class, it is slower and turns slower. Wind advantage and broadside combat are your friends, if taking on higher level ships, be ready to use both sides of your ship to wear down one of their sides and have consumables ready. Sometimes its worst enemies are groups of lower level fast nimble ships, it's hard to keep the heavy guns on one ship long enough for a sink, stern and bow armor can wear down fast.
